Delicious Brain tech support has gone missing

I installed wp-offload-s3-pro-1.0.4, on 12/15. It crashed part way through, and I have been unable
contact them via their 3 email portals.
Can anyone provide the means of contacting these people? Does anyone have similar problems right now? I cannot go back to a previous release, since I am a new client.Thanks.
