    Is there anyway to have the below using one or multiple shipping options

    (1) we deliver to only about 30 postcodes
    (2) of that 30 about 5 are FREE
    (3) the rest of the 25 have a flat delivery charge
    (4) a way to offer pickups at Saturday Markets which would be FREE once again
