Hi there. We can’t fit more than 12 tonne bulk bags on our large trucks. A customer has ordered 17 this morning which means 2 trips. Woocommerce shipping has calculated the distance rate fine but it’s based on one trip. Does anyone know where to locate and apply a rule based on shop variations? ie. if ‘bulk bag’ is greater than 12, apply ‘x’…

    Hi, @rickhodges!

It sounds like you may be using a plugin to calculate distance rate shipping. Would that be correct?

If yes, can you let us know which plugin you’re using? You can check that under WP Admin > Plugins.

That should help us direct you towards the right avenue for support.

    Hi Cara.

Yes I am. It’s Flexible Shipping.

    Hi @rickhodges,

My check shows there’s a support forum for the flexible shipping plugin. We recommend posting your question there. If you’re using the premium version of the extension, we highly recommend contacting the plugin’s support for assistance.
