    is it possible to set free delivery for orders over, say, 20 euros, and charge for orders under 20 euros?

    Hello,
    You can check our Delivery Rates extension where you can setup different delivery fee based on different address and different zip codes. It also gives an option to set delivery fee based on the order total also.
