• Upgrade to version 1.4.0, and I gained 7000 subscribers had to 9000.
Shipping Newsletter regularly, 100 emails at a time. It takes about a day and a half to complete the shipment. For three days the emails stopped coming to our subscribers. Everything seems right, reported as sent bulletins, but really do not get them.

Spam messages I received this message

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.4.7 – Delivery expired (message too old) ‘timeout’ (Delivery Attempts: 0)

actualicé a la versión 1.4.0, y aumenté los suscriptores de 7 mil que tenía a 9 mil.

    Hello emaurin!
The 1.4.0 version haven’t changes in the submit functions… I think the issue is related to the +2000 users…

First of all: look into stats: really nobody is reading your newsletter? You can estimate the fallback percentage comparing with previous news.

Another question: all the returned emails are submited to the same mail service (hotmail)? How many emails has been returned?

Since version 1.2 we are using “knews”. always with 7000 users. never came back more than 60 emails returned. The statistics report a total shipping, with only about 35 undelivered mail. but I have in 18,000 spam emails tray product of 2 attempts.
If I make a single shipment to a gmail email, sending notifies me as OK, but never arrives.
We are using the SMTP server at Bluehost hosting. Never got it working with Gmail or Google Apps, not in Yahoo. simply does not pass the test.

Is it possible that they are restricted the number of shipments?

    Thanks for the help.

    ready.

I changed the “Conn mode” to lsSendmail ()

the “lsSMTP ()” does not work.

This variable was in previous versions? I had not seen.

Now I test with 9000 users.

    Please, take a minute!!!

Create a mailing list for testing purposes with all your email accounts: hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc. (or create it if don’t have).

Then, perform some tests over this testing emails…

The SMTP configuration works if you can submit at least one email, or the test email… you don’t need to change nothing!

I’m affraid you are included in some black mailing list (as spammer), you can search in the major blacklists in a lot of web services, like this:
