delivery fee by zip code

    Hi,

    We’d like to assign one delivery fee to a set of 5 zip codes, and separate (or To be Determined) delivery fee for other zip codes. Previously, we’d set up these zip codes as shipping zones, which are not showing up in the plugin.

    We have the pro version of the plugin.

    Can you help here? Thank you.
