Delivery only weekends

hello, I need to put one of the store shipments only some days of the week. how can I do it? Case: Restaurant that only delivers on weekends, the other days the orders are picked up at the premises.

That may need need a bit of customization as there isn’t an inbuilt way to achieve that.
