Delivery Options

Hi,
I have a strange issue whereby I have three different shipping options set-up (standard, next day delivery and guaranteed next day delivery) within one shipping zone, however, only two of these options are shown to screen when purchasing multiple items. All three options are shown correctly when purchasing just one item – it’s only when purchasing multiple items that only two options are shown.
I have tried removing and re-adding each shipping method but this doesn’t resolve the issue. I have also tried changing the name of the delivery option that doesn’t display but this also doesn’t resolve the issue.
I have checked that the third option isn’t just hidden from view but this doesn’t appear to be the case – it just doesn’t show.
I have tried disabling various plugins but this also doesn’t seem to make a difference.
Could anyone please assist?

I have a zone region set-up for the United Kingdom, with the shipping methods below.
Free Shipping
Standard Delivery
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery (between 1 to 2 days)You will see that if you add multiple items to the cart, the standard next day delivery option is not shown.
I should note that this was working previously, although quite a while ago.

From my end, I could reproduce the issue described.
May I ask if only WooCommerce is enabled, does the issue is still present? I understand making changes on a live site is not easy, you can, for example, configure a staging site and this plugin is a good idea to help you with that WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
If that does not help, you can perform a conflict test (on staging environment), you can refer to this documentation for pointers:
