Hi @perlfan
I understand that you have set up a variable product for facilitating different delivery times. As it was added trough the product import/export plugin, some discrepancy might have crept in somehow. You can seek help in this regard at the plugin’s forum at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/product-import-export-for-woo/
* Kindly note that this particular forum is for questions that are related to the WooCommerce core features.
👉 However, as a better alternative you can try using a data/time picker plugin like the following to allow customers to select delivery date and time:
👉 Another option could be to use the WooCommerce Bookings plugin:
https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/
For any pre-sales questions related to this plugin, please create a ticket here. You’d need to log into your WooCommerce account before you can access that page. Just so you know, in the WooCommerce.com marketplace we offer a 30-day refund policy so you can test the extension and make sure it works for you.
I hope you find these helpful.
Thanks
We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, the above info was helpful.

@margaretwporg hello! Can you please help me too?
I am trying to figure out how to show different delivery times for product variations – because some of variations can be delivered in 2-3 days and some other in 10-15 days (for example). But I can’t find any option to change delivery time for variation.
And also I don’t understand how to turn on showing delivery time at product page (now it is not showing delivery time at all, even for simple products).
I will be very grateful for your help!
Hi @adamauskas

Since you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?
We’ll be more than happy to help there 🙂
