I am not sure by what do you mean by the demo files for the Astra theme.
Can you please elaborate so that we can respond accordingly?
sure, In a recent update WordPress has removed the demo data from its themes as it has changed the guidelines and now it’s not allowed to put dummy data inside theme files. users now have to upload the demo file manually using the importer plugin, unlike before it was very easy to get the theme by just activating for quick and easy editing now there is no demo data available so that we can upload the demo theme files manually using the plugin so my question is how to get these demo theme files to manually upload it?

We do not provide any demo data from the theme.
In case if need to import demo posts, categories, etc. You can use the Sample Data plugin for this requirement.

when I go to importer plugin it says There are no predefined import files available in this theme. Please upload the import files manually!
chose an XML file for content import:
choose a WIE or JSON file for widget import:
choose a DAT file for customizer import:

I am not sure if we have understood how you are trying to import.
As the Sample Data plugin provided should be used like a usual plugin which will import dummy data to your WordPress website and the same will be displayed in the theme.
Do share a Screenshot or Screencast to help us with the issue you are facing.

I tried to do everything that’s possible including reinstalling the WordPress but the problem persists.how can I share a Screenshot or Screencast so that you can help me ?
