Demo import fail and data base problem

    Hello dear Themegrill. When i use the demo import from inside Masteriyo to import Eduflex or other templates, most kf the time it fails and sometimes it succeed and sometimes it changes the database and makes problem for woocommerce(database tablet prefix etc) because i got that error after the demo import

    The demo import may show issues if your server configuration is low. For example, if your site’s execution time is lower than the required time for the demo import, it can cause problems such as incomplete data import or data mismatch.

    We kindly recommend checking the system requirements before running the demo import process. If you would like our suggestion, please try the following server configuration information.

    • Post Max Size: 64 MB
    • Memory Limit: 256 MB
    • Time Limit: 300
    • Max Upload Size: 64 MB
    • WP Remote Get: enabled

    If you do not know about this information and how to set it up, please contact your hosting provider once.

    i tried to install like this: i installed Masteriyo then i installed elementor individually and everest form as well. Then from Masteriyo dashboard I imported the demo successfully. Is it okay to use my website now?

    Hi @26book32,

    If the demo is imported successfully, you can safely deactivate and delete the demo importer plugin. This plugin is only needed when you want to import ThemeGrill demos to your website.
