Denied access to another plugin

Hello, I am receiving the content permissions error message when I try to access the settings page of another plugin, namely, Fillable PDFs for Gravity Forms. I do not have this issue with other plugins. Also, it seems to deny access to both the settings page for the plugin as well as an administrative interface that it has off the admin pages. However, the plugin is working as an add-on to gravity forms as before. There are two permissions listed in the role under GF Add-Ons which are both enabled for the role. I have reached out to ForGravity, but am also reaching out here if anyone can help. Thank you.
