Deny access to Theme Settings

    We want to disable access to Theme Settings. I have set deny on all occurences of ‘theme options’ for a role, but that role still seems to be able to acccess Theme Settings. What capabilities do I need to set to deny to block access?

    Hi @mouthwatch,

    You may need to check which capability controls access to that page, as some themes register their own Theme Settings pages using custom capabilities (not always edit_theme_options).

    I’d suggest using the Admin Menu Editor plugin — it shows which capability each admin page requires and also lets you hide or restrict menu items directly.
