Hi @eibihp
Can you please provide some additional context? Where are you seeing this issue? What version of the plugin do you have activated? Can you please share a link where we can view this issue in addition to detailed instructions on how to re-create the problem you’re seeing?
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Klaviyo

Please help!
Hi @eibihp
Thank you for that additional information. I notice that you’re using the WP Rocket plugin. In order for Klaviyo’s external scripts to load properly you’ll need to exclude those files from WP Rocket’s file concatenation functionality. Please add the following two lines to the Excluded Javascript Files setting in WP Rocket:
static.klaviyo.com
/wp-content/plugins/klaviyo/(.*).js
Best,
Klaviyo
Hi @eibihp
Thanks for following up. Taking a look at your site again, it doesn’t appear that Klaviyo’s scripts are loading at all. Typically, even with WP Rocket, there will still be a dns-prefetch for static.klaviyo.com. I do not see this element in your site.
Are you using any other site speed (or related) plugins on your site?
Taking a step back to go over the basics, have you activated the plugin and added your Public Klaviyo API key in the settings form?
At this point I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team directly following the instructions here so we can work more closely with you.
Best,
Klaviyo

Problem solved….
I was confusing the public with the provate key
DUH,
One question,
In the “public api key” and in the “Site ID” you provide the same information in the configuration page?
Thanks in advance….
