If you start a new project, for example, import a template, it’s the same?
Can you export the problematic slider and send the zip file here?

Thank you for the follow-up.
Our development team investigated your slider and has fixed it for you. It was an unexpected problem and somehow an element was deleted from your slider but still expected to be present in it. That caused the slider to crash. You can download and import the fixed version of your slider from the following Google Drive link:
