For quick fix downgrade to 3.5.0 from version control settings of elementor as it needs other plugins using elementor widget needs to be updated by developer.

Deprecation is a warning message not an emergency.

Make sure in your wp-config.php has code define('WP_DEBUG', false);

I have had the same issues. Everything I read online said to edit the .php file which I did not feel comfortable doing! Managed to go though and figure out it was the “stratum widgets” and “optinmonster” plug ins that were causing it.
