Deprecated Optional parameter

I was doing some debugging today and after enabling the WP Debug mode from config.php, I got a bunch of deprecated rows on the browser page:

Deprecated: Optional parameter $value declared before required parameter $id is implicitly treated as a required parameter in /mysite/wp-content/plugins/online-active-users/inc/webi-functions.php on line 55
