    Hi,
Try disabling all plugins and re-enable them one by one. The error that blocks your site is jQuery.easing[jQuery.easing.def], and I don’t think i’ve write this call… Maybe it’s a too old dependency.
What version of WordPress are you using?
I think WPengine is wrong, as the code you mention line 434 is server-side and can’t trigger any client-side error, afaik…

    Cheers

    Hi,

    Any new informations?

I’m using the very newest release of WordPress. (WPEngine mandates always using the latest release.)

I’ve opted not to use the plugin as I don’t have time for carefully debugging at this point — whether the problem is in your plugin or one of the others I’m using, I’m not sure. I’m on a tight deadline and had to go with the fastest possible option.

    Thanks for replying.

    Ok, so,
I’m also a professsional WordPress site reseller. WordPress v4.5 includes a brand new jQuery version, and, according to the informations you have me, I’m almost sure that the problem is there. The new version of jQuery probably breaks compatibility with older versions of jQuery, and so, WordPress too. I had to debug more than 25 websites about this precise compatibility problem.
Also, as my test envs are under WordPress 4.5 using latests versions of jQuery through CDN, I’m almost (almost, yes, not totally sure, maybe the problem is from a dependency) sure that my plugin does not trigger this error. So, I got 2 solutions for you, as you are a reseller and you must use as few time possible on this site:

    • Try the method above, by disabling all plugins and re-enable them
    • Downgrade to WP4.x

Alternatively, if delivering date is not too close, maybe you can give me some access to a test env, and let me spot precisely where the problem is, which plugin is crashing, and what can be done to solve it.

    Cheers.
