Hi. Is any way to desaturate all thumbnails and resaturate on mouse over them?
It will be very cool. )
May be, I need to add some CSS code to my theme?

Yes, under the gallery settings -> Hover Effects you can set the color effect setting to “colorize” which I think will do what you are after
