Description appears twice on listing

    How can I remove the first two lines of the full description appearing below the title of the listing? Regardless of whether I have the to appear in the listing or not, it is taking in the first 2 lines of the description and I do not want that. Can I either have a seperate ‘excerpt’ for the start of the listing or if not, just the full description on its own?

    Hello,

    The GD Archive item commonly has GD Output Location widget installed. Disable display of a field with GD Output Location using the option in the custom fields settings

    WP Admin – Places – Settings – Custom field – Description – Edit -> Show in extra output locations -> REMOVE ‘Listings’ from the values.

    thanks for the response, i have done that as you can see in the images above but it still appears. I have opened this ticket for support but I received an email from [email removed] telling me to pay him $50 to fix it. I told hime this is a bug with the app and I will not be paying anything. Please can you fix this.

    Where did you request support? I checked all our tickets from today and did not find anything related to this topic. Also, nobody on our team would ever ask you for money to fix an issue.

    @seahag44 please do not publish your email address or those of others here in the forum. I have now removed them. You can see for yourself what confusing consequences and spam this can have.
