Description & Keywords on Posts Page

I have added the meta tags on my “Posts Page” and have the “description” and “keywords” set but they don’t appear when the page is accessed on the website. When I view the page source there is no sign of the “<!– Meta Tag Manager –>” anywhere. I have added the meta tags to actual posts and it is functional.

I also noticed that on the pages that get the meta tags added properly there is a spelling on “website” on ‘<meta name=”og:type” content=”webssite” />’.
