    Hi.
    I can’t seem to get the description to show up on the light box.
    All it will show is the filename of the image.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi

    Please, make sure you have set the Description to be shown in the lightbox on the properties at the Main tab at Popup settings – http://prntscr.com/hd0ln5 . If you use linked images – you can set description as the popup image text too. Don’t forget to Save changes you made.

    In the case this will not help, please provide the page link on your site with the issue. Thus I can see what’s wrong and help you.
