Description under link

When adding a link, it says “This will be shown when someone hovers over the link in the blogroll, or optionally below the link.” for the description. However, I cannot find the option to include the description below the link anywhere. I’ve looked at the support files and documentation, and I’m either overlooking it entirely (which is possible) or it’s not there.
