I am having the same issue and changing the style tag still has no effect.

try using the force load css option in the plugin’s options page.
I’m having the same problem, I think. I have lost graphics, but the numerals still show.

I tried the force load css option, and tried the shortcode in the the widget spot using a text widget, and that just showed up as text on the above page, so I removed it.
I’m not sure when this started happening. The last time I checked the site was a couple of months ago.

are you running any cacheing plugins? If so, have you cleared your cache?
I can’t tell. The only plugin that mentions a cache is the Wordfence plugin. I had to add extra security because others were trying too hard to hack in. I did disable it temporarily after your post, and it made no difference.
I haven’t added any new plugins, and the countdown was working fine with the ones I’ve had, until now.
How would I clear the website cache?
Thank you.

Sorry, but with Wordfence active, we can not access your site to troubleshoot.
If we can not see it, neither can search engines. This will drastically affect your SEO efforts.
We looked at the Wordfence repo page and yes, it does cache:
Wordfence includes (sic) WordPress caching engine
You will have to read the Wordfence documentation to see how to a) fix your configuration and b) empty the cache.
Maybe even open up a support ticket with Wordfence.

I have added the short code [tminus t=”2015-07-22 23:59:59″ style=”c-3po” /]
I have also done the force load c-3po in the options page.
It is still loading with the default.
Thanks for any help.
