Design Element Sizes

Hi,
Got a few design questions using this theme.

I’m about to design a main front page picture for my homepage which I’ve created as a static page.

1. I’ve noticed that there are no design sizes specified for any uploaded images/media as you guys do for your free blog sites. For example, what is the minimum required size for an image to show up on the theme’s front page?

2. What are the other design sizes for headers, sidebars etc?

3. I also just want one picture on my static front page. No sliders. Is it possible?

4. I really don’t like the social sharing icons for this theme. Can I change them? Is there a plugin?
