Design problems with sidebar widgets

    The sidebar widgets are giving me issues – the ‘text’ widget is too pale to read and I don’t see where I can change this, and at the top of my ‘CT Author’ widget it says “Monserat Sans, Serif’ with no way to remove this. Help please!

    the ‘text’ widget is too pale

    this is set in style.css of your theme;
    at:

    .widget .textwidget {
    color: #ebecec;
}

    either change it there, or add a new style with your desired text color via the ‘Customize – Additional CSS’ section in the dashboard.

    at the top of my ‘CT Author’ widget it says “Monserat Sans, Serif’
