Hi @ifullco and thanks for your question. Just to be clear, are you asking if it is possible for users on the site to be able to create Web Stories without being logged into the sites backend via wp-admin?
Would these be registered users of your site or any user accessing the site? What would be the exact use case for this?
We are going to mark your topic as resolved as we haven’t received a response. Please feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to experience any issues. Thank you!
Hi Adam,
I am sorry, I did not see your response. Apologize.
Yes, I am asking if it is possible for users on my site to be able to create Web Stories without being logged into my site backend via wp-admin.
Yes, the user would be registered on my site.
What would be the exact use case for this? To integrate a new channel of communication in my community.
Thank you so much, Adam.
Stay warm!
Hi @ifullco no problem at all and thanks for responding. Unfortunately, the Web Stories plugin can not be used by “registered users” via the frontend of the site.
The plugin is designed for site admins with some other default WordPress user roles such as editor, contributor and author also able to use the plugin with varying user rights.
Hope this helps to answer your question.
