Designer not working

    After installing the free plugin and the paid plugin i still have no layout designer. I cannot select any predesigned templates.

    Hello mrkoq,

    can you please describe your problem in more detail or share a screenshot of the problem?

    Please also update your Permalinks (just save you permalink options again), this might solve the issue.

    Hey, sorry for the late reply.

    I have saved the perma links again to no avail.

    When i go into the Settings to edit any kinds of email, this designer shows up. There is no “button” in the top right to choose templates.

    When i try to edit one mail at a time and not the “whole” template, a designer shows up but no chance to choose templates.

    This shows up when i go into the woocommerce tab:

    “Deine installierten WooCommerce addons haben die e-mails die unten angeführt sind registriert. Diese e-mails können nicht mit unserem mailbuilder bearbeitet werden aber du kannst globale Einstellungen hinzufügen.”

    Where there is literally only Woocommerce & German Market installed that could in someway interfere with the Email and their Templates.

    I just installed the plugin and faced the exact problem. There was no template tab on the tabs bar. However I was able to get to the template tab by manipulating the address bar. On the address bar just substitute “template” for whatever is after “&tab=”

    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-html-mail&tab=general
    Change it to: wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-html-mail&tab=template

    Hey @mrkoq and @edymo
    Are you both using at least WordPress 5.4.1? The new features rely on some of the newest WordPress React components. Otherwise you see the old editor with tabs “general”, “header”, “content” and “footer” instead of the new tab “template”
