Your site looks fine from possible parsing or fatal errors. Those are just notices and not caused of blank screen.
Have you tried to switch to default theme?
How do I do that? That will not affect the content I have available for my students?

Your Theme may be causing the problem
If you can’t access your Administration Screens, access your website via FTP and navigate to the /wp-content/themes/ folder. Rename the folder for the active Theme. Then login to your wp-admin so it will automatically switch to default theme.
My active theme is the “responsive” one. I changed it to “responsivecat”. I did this before, but nothing happens.
By the way, I should change define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);, right?
