Destination folder already

    Hello everyone!

    I tried to installed this plugin but it failed. I had the following message:

    Destination folder already exists. /home/content/15/11418115/html/arquitectitis/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

    I don’t understand why this happened when it was the first time I tried to do it.

    Can someone tell me what to do please?

    Could you please log in to your site via FTP, and delete the existing jetpack plugin files?

    Once you have done so you should be able to install Jetpack again, either via the Plugin installer in your dashboard, or manually via FTP:

    NOTE: you will lose any customizations you’ve set, so if you’re using Custom CSS, please make sure to copy the contents of your CSS file prior to deleting the plugin.
