Details button not working.

    Hi Janice,

    Do you have the “Pretty Permalinks” option set to “Yes” in the “SEO” area of the “Options” tab? If so, then, as a test, could you try setting it to “No” and then checking to see if your details button works?

    Done. Set the SEO Pretty Permalinks to “NO” and it works now.

    Is there anything else I need to check – is this a permanent solution?

    Hi Janice,

    Thank you for letting us know that doing this made your links work. We’re currently trying to replicate your issue on our end, which would hopefully allow us to find the root of it.

    If you deactivate all your other plugins and then try re-enabling the “Pretty Permalinks” option, does it still not work?
