Hi Rosie,
Yes, that’s exactly right. The slug should go between the double slashes.
Hmm – still not working – what obvious thing am I missing please?? 🙂

Permalinks set to Post Name. All slugs unique – no spaces or odd characters…
Still having a problem here. Optimized and repaired database. Tried loading without slug and no permalinks but no joy. Any thoughts please?
Hi Rosie,
Do you have any other plugins rewriting permalinks on your site? This one is a very strange problem, is there anything unusual about your server setup?
Actually this is a clean install of WordPress with only one other plugin and that’s the WP-DBManager that I ran this morning to see if the database had problems. I have removed all products and re-uploaded them from the spreadsheet several times to add in the slugs etc. and I wondered if that had caused any corruptions on the tables. Obviously over 800 products is a lot to play around with so maybe I should go back to testing 10 or so? I don’t know. Do you think table corruption could be an issue?
Hi Rosie,
I don’t think it could be a corruption issue, since the links seem to be formed correctly. Would it be possible for you to send temporary login credentials to [email protected] so that we can take a look at what might be going wrong?
Yep fine – should be on its way!
Thanks Rosie,
The catalog page seems to be homepage for a WordPress install? We’ve noticed that product links don’t seem to be working from the home page of sites. We’re going to be releasing a fix later this week, sorry about that!
Oh yes, it is the home page. Great – look forward to fix 🙂
