Details not pulling through

    Hi,

    I’ve recently installed Active Directory Integration and entered our AD details. This successfully authenticates the user when I login and creates the user in wordpress and pulls the email address through.

    However it doesn’t seem to pull anything else such as Firstname,Surname, phone numbers etc.

    I also noticed it doesnt have the ADI image next to the users profile in wordpress.

    Can anyone advise what I’m doing wrong?

    Hi,

    I managed to get this working in the end, it was due to the first letter in the OU being lowercase when it should have been uppercase.

    Seems to be working as expected now.
