• A third party hacker used a fictitious email address at my domain to use my premium license and after this was drawn to their attention Servmask simply removed my license without compensation, blaming me for the security breach of their system.
Used to be good, but gone downhill badly.
    Bad tempered and dismissive.

To clarify, our system was not compromised. What happened is that your license was found to be used and downloaded by many unrelated users, likely due to it being shared or leaked. When this happens, we take action to prevent further abuse and protect our products.

We’re not blaming you for poor security but we do have to enforce our license terms when widespread misuse is detected. If you believe there’s been a mistake, please contact support so we can review your case: https://servmask.com/contact-support

Not shared, not leaked, hacked perhaps. But not willful on my part. And yet I am the one who is punished. You say in your response here ‘contact support so we can review your case’. Well I did contact support, and what do you think happened? Nothing. This is poor treatment on your part. As I suggested why not nullify the original license, thereby removing all hacked licenses, and re-issue me with a clean one?
