Does somebody know if the developer has ended the project ?
Unfortunately I don’t think that there is any way to actually know this one way or the other. WordPress doesn’t seem to have any actual process that is used to “close the loop” on such things or any mechanism to contact the developer based on threads like these to find out and issue an “official” status. So it eventually just ends up that the users of the plugin give up on it. ;-(

Hey Mark Housel,
It’s a great plugin but without updates it’s not safe of course.
So I was thinking to start deleting the plugin on all my clients websites which will cost me a lot of work. There is just no replacement for this plugin.
Following. If anyone knows of an alternate solution, please post it here.

Did you found already an alternative ?
Yes I would like to know if there is going to be any updates or an alternative to this plugin I find it very useful.
