Developing Block Editor Sidebar – some nice additions

    Does anyone have any code examples, preferably in ES5 format that cover the following:

    – Keyboard shortcut to open and close a sidebar menu (I currently have a shortcut registered but is fails when used when focussed within a block)
    – Adding a ToolTip to the sidebar menu icon along the top row to include the shortcut (Like the Setting Tooltip)
    – Displaying the Tooltip below the icon (again like the Setting Tooltip)
