Hello,
Uncompiled source code should be included in an update soon. Also expect to see some new blocks being added!

After some thought, I probably won’t add the dev files into the plugin. Gutenberg plugin doesn’t do this either. It makes more sense to leave the plugin size smaller. I’m working on the next update which includes 3 new blocks and a whole font control with google font support and once that is done I’ll work on getting some docs up for how to use the icon and font control in your own plugin and publish the dev files with those docs. Likely on Github or Bitbucket. I don’t have a timeframe for that though. If you as a plugin developer are looking for how to do something specific then shoot me an email and I’ll what I can to respond. [email protected]

Take a few minutes to read this topic and make yourself familiar with the requirements of the plugin review.
Hey,
We want to place it in a github or bitbucket which should fulfill the guidelines correct? I didn’t know that I was under threat of being removed or that it was considered a guideline. I’ll bail out of what I’m doing to get it published.

Absolutely nobody is talking about threatening your plugin at all 🙂 You just need to play by the rules and follow what GPL requires you to provide.
You should know that anyone is allowed to redistribute this program and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, either version 2 or 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.
Bottom line:
Include source files within your plugin directory OR provide an online repo address in your readme file.
