Development requests for next release

Hi!
First of all thanks for a great plugin! In my use i still would need a few changes/additions to the current implementation as I’m running the plugin in a multisite WP installation.

1. Changes in the normat WP Meta Widget that would redirect Login and Logout to the phpBB login/logout functions
2. Some kind of hook on the sanitize_user function that would not normalize the phpBB usernames to WP format (stripping non ASCII and special characters from the username
3. As an option for #2 would be to prompt the user to contact the administrator of the site if the username contains characters that would be normalized in WP (and in this case not import the user to the WP userbase)
4. Disabling of not editable fields in the WP profile.php page (e-mail, password etc.)
