    Hi, I send an order by DHL express. when I go to DHL express website and track the order (Check here) it shows me the correct information.

    But when I track the order through your plugin on the shipment tracking page it says “Tracking information is not available, please try again later.”

    How can I fix it?

    it seems to work well now. thank you!
    It looks like it takes some time for trackship to update the information from the tracking number, how long it takes for trackship to read the information?
