this option does only work together with DHL parcel location services e.g. sending a parcel to a packstation or shop. Unfortunately I cannot test your checkout to see whether these options are available or not (within the shipping address fields). The options will only be available if DHL is determined to be the shipping provider for the selected shipping method. Are you using plugins to adjust shipping methods/zones in WooCommerce? Did you select “DHL” as a default shipping provider within WooCommerce > Settings > Germanized > Shipments?

seems ok to me. The options are only visible if the customers chooses “shipping to another address”. Did you try that? Do you allow your customers to ship to another address? May I test your checkout?

No I didn’t try that. Yes, I allow customers to ship to another address.

I’ve just checked your checkout. There is no shipping options shown/displayed. I guess that is the reason why our integration can’t find DHL as a shipping provider as there is no shipping option available/shown during checkout. There is not even an option available within the cart..
Mistake was in shipping zones settings. I’ve made some changes and now all works fine.
