DHL plugin conflict

    Hello,
    i have an error while editing feed or generate feed.
    it look like conflict with other plugin (Official DHL)
    I also turned off DHL plugin then generated feed and then turn on DHL plugin but google rejected feed. :/
    Could you help me with this?

    Thanks for reaching us.

    We have tried replicating the issue with the DHL shipping plugin but couldn’t replicate any issue on our test site. So, please, let us know which plugin to test with and how we can replicate the issue.

    Besides, if Google is refusing your feed, please, also provide us the feed link and the error report generated by GMC once you uploaded the feed.

    Hi @poklos

    As you have created a feed keeping the plugin deactivated, the feed should be created with the correct format, and google should accept the feed. However, if you are getting any errors, please, provide us a screenshot of the feed configuration along with the feed link and the error report by GMC.

    I only know that there was GTIN error sync but why this is important for you?
    then problem is that plugin doesn’t work when DHL plugin is enabled 🙂

    Hi @poklos

    As you have told us that after deactivating the plugin you have managed to create a feed and that feed shouldn’t contain any issue unless you missconfigured the feed. So, getting an error in the feed on GMC is not related to DHL plugin I guess and that’s why we are asking for the error report. Without it we can’t exactly tell you what the issue is as the feed contains all the attributes right.

    However, the DHL feed you mentioned ins’t available on WordPress repository and they may haven’t followed all the codindg standered. So, I’m afraid we won’t be able to make the plugin compatible. It would be better if you could contact the DHL plugin author.

    Another thing its Gtin error on GMC.

    Hi @poklos

    A Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) is a unique and internationally recognized identifier for a product. When a GTIN is available, it will appear next to the barcode on your product’s packaging or book cover.

    So, you can’t use SKU or any random number as GTIN as GTINs are unique, valid numbers that you should collect from your manufacturer.

    You can find more about the GTIN attribute here.

    So the solution is to remove the GTIN field from your feed and upload it again.
    Once the GTIN field is removed, you have to add MPN and Brand attribute to the feed, and if you don’t have a valid MPN, then you can use MPN = SKU and Brand = Brand attribute or any static value.
