DHL plugin: Error creating label

    Hello,
    based on the settings, everything should normally be correct. When I create the shipping label manually on the DHL website without using a plugin, it works. I’d like to create a DHL shipping label in the plugin for a parcel being sent from Germany to Switzerland. I select “DHL Europapaket (B2B)” and then this error message appears:

    Error creating label:
    Error :

    • ( customs.shippingConditions ) : Please enter the type of postage.
    • ( customs.shippingConditions ) : The type of postage entered is invalid.

    Nach den Einstellungen müsste normalerweise alles richtig sein. Wenn ich das versand label manuell erstelle auf der DHL webseite ohne plugin funktioniert es. Beim versand von deutschland in die schweiz möchte ich ein DHL versand label im plugin erstellen. Ich wähle aus “DHL Europapaket (B2B)” und dann kommt diese error meldung:

    Based on our initial check, this may be related to how the plugin prepares the DHL customs data for this specific shipment type and destination combination.

    We are investigating this further to confirm the exact cause and determine whether a plugin-side fix is needed.
