diagnosing “unprocessed” emails / possible api endpoint error
-
MailPoet (current v5.17.4) has worked fine for me to date, but this time my email is not going out: its sending status says “Unprocessed” for all recipients. I’m using the MP sending service and have not had this problem before. I read here re. task scheduler, and contacted my (Bluehost) support—no easy clues.
But Task Scheduler ping does not work, saying “Connection unsuccessful.” And Bluehost help suggested possible API endpoint error as at bottom.
Ideas? Bluehost swears this is a MailPoet issue. Thanks…Jim Proctor
