Dialogue 1.1.2

I am using Dialogue and love how easy it was to customize it! It is great!

However when I try to add widgets the white background goes away. I am able to use the Pages widget but would like to use Text widgets to insert some simple html.

They are needing a Leave Site button above the Pages widget and a Donate Now button beneath it. But adding widgets seems to break the theme.

Any assistance you can give would be greatly appreciated.
