Did not work – poor help from dev

The plug-in did not work at all – not viewable in WP dashboard after activation. Support from dev was to “click on the plugin” – but it is not there, so that advice does not help. Other advice was to log in as admin, which I was, as I had just installed and activated plug-in from admin account. Further advice was to email them direct. I do not trust a plug-in that does not show on dashboard, and dev twice tries to get me to email direct for “assistance”. Deleted plug-in.
