Did not work – Poor Support

    I purchased the package for Migration and it did not work at all.

    I contacted support and after 2 messages they said they are leaving for the weekend – I can no longer continue development of my site anymore.

    I purchased this extension to make the migration easier. I could have done it manually by now – what an absolute waste of time.

    OH and to top it all off, their code is so broken that even after I deleted the plug in, it continued to run in an infinite loop adding logs on my server, and using all the CPU causing it to crash multiple time. I am now battling trying to fix this BUG instead of making progress towards a migration.

    Do yourself a favor and look at other backup or migration tools. These guys are a joke !

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLUG IN. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO ADD 4x THE WORK.

    Firstly, we are very sad that you didn’t have a nice experience with the plugin. We understand and acknowledge that it has caused issues for you.

    We would very much like to help you here but since this thread is used for the free version discussion, we cannot discuss the case here.
    The migration you had was with the paid version of the plugin. The other problem was also caused by the pro version – not the free one.

    We have many satisfied users and if you give us a chance, we can resolve the issue you faced. So, we will continue the communication with you via email.

    @backup-guard Can you confirm if this broken code / loop is fixed? My CPU is running like crazy here too on two different servers.
