Didn’t Get Payment Back

    Hi,

    Yesterday, I have purchased one product of price $3 and I was doing testing. I did integration with my Bitcoin with gouri.
    Payment is successful from website and also received in your account(Gourl).

    But I didn’t get back money in my bitcoin wallet(Which would be back in 30 minutes to 2 hours).

    Can you please help me in that case. If they don’t revert back, how could I trust them for future.

    Hi, Even I don’t get any reply from support. I have sent 3-4 emails to support yesterday.

    And they don’t have online chat support facility.
    How can I trust them.

    Our system forwards ALL received confirmed bitcoin payments (6+ confirmations, recognized & unrecognized payments) to your external wallet automatically every 30 minutes when the balance on your bitcoin account
    is 0.01 BTC or more.

    Sometimes the bitcoin network transaction fees when bitcoin payment is forwarded to user external wallet address are bigger than the outstanding balance on the user’s payment box. Therefore we have provided a minimal amount for auto withdrawal.

    We can only manually process all outstanding small balances from all user payment boxes when user close his gourl account.
    Please use Bitcoin Cash for small payments (bitcoin cash minimum forward amount is 0.0005 BCH; i.e. 20 times less than bitcoin minimum amount)!
