Diehard shortcake

I really like the diehard shortcode. But, I am really confused. It works perfectly for one page (Test), but will not work for any other page. I included a link with screenshots. I cannot figure this out. I can view the table data, but any attempt to add, edit, delete or sort takes me my template. The pages have no other data. Just a title and a block with the shortcode.

I can perform all tasks for the tables from the menus.

I am just copying and pasting the shortcode. I also tried to retype it and change the table name. Same result every time.
