Hi @vprest
After checking your second screenshot, it looks like you’ve either used a managed WordPress service or a plugin for custom dashboard. The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Additionally, could you tell me a bit more about the hosting of your second site? Is it hosted on the same server or are you using a different service like WordPress.com?
I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!

Hello! I did this, but the result is the same.
I took a video from the monitor screen for you.
With regards to servers, the sites have different servers, but they are from the same hosting provider.
It’s not about the servers. I remember a long time ago there was a notification from woocommerce that allowed me to enable a new design for a test, I kind of clicked enable to see what would change there. But it was impossible to go back.

Hello vprest
Thank you for your reply.
The interface shown in this screenshot is the default interface for WordPress and WooCommerce.
This screenshot shows an interface that I have not seen before.
May I ask which web hosting provider are you using?
Have you asked them if they have any customized UI for WordPress and WooCommerce?
Looking forward to your response. 🙂
Best regards.
