I have a website using Astra where the header I updated is showing on some pages but not others and I can’t figure out why.

For example: https://ursonline.org/contact-us/ shows the menu in line with the button (old header)

and yet, prior events https://ursonline.org/prior-events-photos/ shows the new headers with the menu above the button and is showing the new menu (which has an extra item).

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

    TIA!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @houldsworth1,

I have reviewed your website and both pages show the same header. Refer to this screencast, please.

Can you please share a similar reference so that we can get a better clarity about the differences?

    Kind regards,
    Aradhy 😊

Thanks for getting back to me.

TL;DR – I fixed it by clearing the cache on the server side.

After sending this I tried several different things to correct it. It seemed to be a caching issue so I tried private browser page (which I had already tried), clearing browser cache, regenerating CSS, nothing worked.

Then I went into my hosting provider and there is an option to clear the cache on the server side and that did the trick. As soon as I did that everything started to work normally.

    Thanks!

    Hi @houldsworth1,

Thank you for the update! We’re really glad to hear that clearing the server-side cache resolved the issue.

Feel free to mark this thread as resolved and if you run into anything else or have any questions in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Kind regards,
    Aradhy 😊
